LOUIE SAKODA / FOUNDER

Practical systems built around how your team really works.

Studiosak is led by Louie Sakoda, a product designer, CTO, and AI builder who works directly with local teams to turn scattered knowledge and repetitive work into simple, usable systems.

01 / THE STORY

The studio exists because local businesses do not need more AI hype or another empty tool. They need reliable answers, less repetitive work, and systems their teams can actually use.

After years of building products for real businesses, the pattern was always the same. Important knowledge lived in staff heads, old documents, inboxes, and habits. People searched, retyped, rebuilt, and chased information to keep work moving.

That is the problem we fix. Your first project organizes the knowledge behind one team or workflow, builds a useful assistant, reduces a practical manual step, and trains the people using it. The studio stays small, so you work directly with the person doing the work.

02 / MANIFEST

How we work.

  1. 01

    Working systems over buzzwords

We start with one team or workflow where better knowledge access and less manual work can create visible value.

  2. 02

    Clear business value

Save time, improve consistency, reduce errors, or recover opportunity. If a system does none of those, we do not ship it.

  3. 03

    Staff-friendly tools

Your team should not need to become AI experts. We design around the work and tools they already know.

  4. 04

    Humans in the loop

Staff approves the knowledge, important outputs, and rules. Your team keeps judgment and final say.

  5. 05

    Practical AI adoption

Start with one bounded system, prove it is useful, and expand. No big software replacement project on day one.

  6. 06

    Knowledge before automation

Useful agents and workflows need approved company knowledge. We organize that foundation so the system stays reliable.
